In Wednesday's non-league contest, the Oceanside Mariners (Rockland, ME) lacrosse squad routed the visiting Lawrence Bulldogs (Fairfield, ME), by a count of 8-1.
Coming up next, the Mariners confront the Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME) in a Class C contest, on Friday, May 19. Oceanside will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Black Bears come into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 12-3 non-league win over Bangor (Bangor, ME).
The Bulldogs now own a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Nokomis for a Class B contest on Friday, May 19.
