Burrillville Broncos (Harrisville, RI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI), 10-1 in a league test.

The Broncos now have a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Toll Gate for a Division 3 test on Monday, May 22. Burrillville will face a Titans squad coming off a 15-4 league loss to Westerly (Westerly, RI). The Titans record now stands at 9-5.

In their next game, the Chieftains face the Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI) in a Division 3 contest, on Friday, May 19. Ponaganset will attempt to advance on its 0-13 season record. The Huskies come into the contest with a 1-11 record after their 7-6 league loss to Narragansett (Narragansett, RI).
