Next, the Cavaliers confront the Appomattox County Raiders (Appomattox, VA) in a Dogwood challenge, on Friday, May 19. Chatham will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Raiders enter the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Altavista (Altavista, VA).

The Falcons now have a 5-10 record. They take the field next when they host Nelson County for a Dogwood challenge on Friday, May 19. Galileo will confront a Governors team coming off a 5-1 league win over Dan River (Ringgold, VA). The Governors record now stands at 11-2.
