The Steubenville Big Red softball team scored 2 runs and limited the visiting John Glenn Little Muskies to 1 in the Big Red non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Steubenville improves its record to 21-5 on the year. The Big Red travel to Sheridan (Thornville, OH) to clash with the Generals in a non-league game on Wednesday, May 24. The Generals come into the game with a record of 21-7.

In their next game, the Little Muskies clash with the Watkins Memorial Warriors (Pataskala, OH) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 22. John Glenn will attempt to improve on its 22-4 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 26-1 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, OH).
