Nashoba Regional Wolves (Bolton, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Marlborough Panthers (Marlborough, MA), 14-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Wolves now own a 14-1 record. They take the field next when they host North Middlesex Regional for a Midland-Wachusett B challenge on Saturday, May 20. Nashoba Regional will battle a Patriots squad coming off a 12-1 non-league loss to Montachusett RVT (Fitchburg, MA). The Patriots record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Marlborough falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Algonquin Regional (Northborough, MA) to battle the Titans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 18. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 0-13. Algonquin Regional lost 17-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Groton-Dunstable (Groton, MA)
