West Scranton Invaders (Scranton, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Scranton Knights (Scranton, PA), 11-1 in a league challenge.

The Invaders now own a 14-6 record.

With the loss, Scranton falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Dunmore (Dunmore, PA) to battle the Bucks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 18. The Bucks enter the challenge with a record of 5-11. Dunmore lost 15-3 in their recent league challenge against Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA)
