The Emerson Cavaliers crushed the host Cresskill Cougars baseball team by a count of 7-1 in Friday's league bout.
The Cavaliers now possess a 17-5 record. They take the field next when they host Waldwick for a NJIC - Patriot bout on Monday, May 20. Emerson will face a Warriors team coming off a 16-8 league loss to Midland Park (Midland Park, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 6-16.
Next, the Cougars face the Dwight-Englewood Bulldogs (Englewood, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 20. Cresskill will attempt to move on its 8-12 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 15-5 record after their 12-3 non-league win over Mahwah (Mahwah, NJ).
