The Esko Eskomos crushed the host Moose Lake/Willow River Rebels baseball team by a count of 12-1 in Friday's league bout.

The Eskomos now possess a 16-0 record. They take the field next when they host Marshall for a non-league bout on Monday, May 20. Esko will face a Hilltoppers team coming off a 18-7 non-league win over Blake (Minneapolis, MN). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 13-2.

Next, the Rebels face the Cook County Vikings (Grand Marais, MN) in a Polar bout, on Tuesday, May 21. Moose Lake/Willow River will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record. The Vikings enter the bout with a 4-11 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Ely (Ely, MN).
