In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Marcellus Wildcats baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the Galesburg-Augusta Rams.
The Wildcats (25-0) will now prepare for their game against Mendon (Mendon, MI). The Hornets go into the Southwest 10 game with a 7-5 record. In their last game, Mendon tipped White Pigeon (White Pigeon, MI), 21-3, in a league game.
The Rams (11-4) will now prepare for their game against Kalamazoo Christian (Kalamazoo, MI). The Comets go into the non-league game with a 13-4 record. In their last game, Kalamazoo Christian tipped Schoolcraft (Schoolcraft, MI), 3-1, in a league game.
