Alaska High School Softball - South Anchorage can't get by Dimond

In Friday's league contest, the Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK) softball team held off the visiting South Anchorage Wolverines (Anchorage, AK), by a margin of 5-4.
With the triumph, Dimond moves its record to 10-5 on the year. The Lynx travel to Chugiak (Chugiak, AK) to play the Mustangs in a Cook Inlet contest on Saturday, May 18. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 9-3. Chugiak won 16-0 in their recent league contest against Bartlett (Anchorage, AK)
In their next game, the Wolverines play the Bettye Davis East Anchorage Thunderbirds (Anchorage, AK) in a Cook Inlet contest, on Saturday, May 18. South Anchorage will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Thunderbirds come into the contest with a 15-1 record after their 8-1 league win over Dimond (Anchorage, AK).
