The Glacier Peak Grizzlies (Snohomish, WA) softball the host Lake Stevens Vikings (Lake Stevens, WA), 4-2 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Grizzlies (15-9) will now prepare for their bout against Redmond (Redmond, WA). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 17-9 record. In their last bout, Redmond held off Eastlake (Sammamish, WA), 5-3, in a non-league bout.
The Vikings now possess a 16-6 record. They play next when they travel to North Creek for a non-league bout on Friday, May 17. Lake Stevens will confront a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Jackson (Mill Creek, WA). The Jaguars record now stands at 16-9.
