The Bernards Mountaineers baseball team scored 5 runs and held the host Glen Ridge Ridgers to 2 in the Mountaineers non-league win on Saturday.
The Mountaineers now own a 12-9 record.
With the defeat, Glen Ridge drops to 4-18 on the year. The Ridgers host Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ) to play the Bengals in a SEC - Colonial test on Tuesday, May 20. The Bengals go into the test with a record of 6-17. Bloomfield lost 6-0 in their recent league test against Montclair Kimberley Academy (Montclair, NJ)
