The Spartans now own a 16-4 record. They take the field next when they host Madison West for a Big Eight test on Tuesday, May 20. Vel Phillips Memorial will clash with a Regents team coming off a 6-4 league win over Janesville Parker (Janesville, WI). The Regents record now stands at 8-15.

With the defeat, Janesville Craig drops to 17-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to Madison La Follette (Madison, WI) to clash with the Lancers in a Big Eight test on Tuesday, May 20. The Lancers go into the test with a record of 1-16. Madison La Follette lost 4-3 in their recent league test against Verona (Verona, WI)
