The crowd at Saturday's league battle between the New Milford Knights (New Milford, NJ) and the host Park Ridge Owls (Park Ridge, NJ), saw New Milford's baseball team beat Park Ridge by a margin of 10-5.
The Knights (13-10) will now prepare for their battle against Cresskill (Cresskill, NJ). The Cougars enter the NJIC - Patriot battle with a 14-9 record. In their last battle, Cresskill held off Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ), 10-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Owls face the River Dell Golden Hawks (Oradell, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 19. Park Ridge will attempt to improve on its 6-16 season record. The Golden Hawks enter the battle with a 5-17 record after their 6-2 non-league loss to Bergenfield (Bergenfield, NJ).
