With the win, Maine West advances its record to 18-13 on the season. The Warriors host Leyden (Franklin Park, IL) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, May 19. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 14-5. Leyden won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Proviso West (Hillside, IL)

The Vikings now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Niles West for a test on Monday, May 19. Niles North will face a Wolves squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Wolves record now stands at 4-0.
