The Saline Hornets (Saline, MI) baseball trounced the host Stevenson Spartans (Livonia, MI), 18-6 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Hornets now own a 17-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Skyline for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 19. Saline will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Pioneer (Ann Arbor, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 7-19.
With the defeat, Stevenson drops to 11-10 on the year. The Spartans host Divine Child (Dearborn, MI) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 24. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 11-8.
