South Carolina High School Baseball - Philip Simmons can't hold off Andrew Jackson

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Andrew Jackson Volunteers baseball team scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Philip Simmons Iron Horses.

The Volunteers (31-1) will now prepare for their game against Gray Collegiate Academy (West Columbia, SC). The War Eagles go into the non-league game with a 28-2 record. In their last game, Gray Collegiate Academy tipped St. Joseph's Catholic (Greenville, SC), 3-2, in a non-league game.
