Berkeley Stags (Moncks Corner, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Lexington Wildcats (Lexington, SC), 6-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Berkeley upgrades its record to 23-3 on the season. The Stags travel to Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC) to battle the Yellow Jackets in a non-league test on Saturday, May 21. The Yellow Jackets come into the test with a record of 24-7. Fort Mill won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Blythewood (Blythewood, SC)
With the defeat, Lexington falls to 13-6 on the season.
