The Millington Central Trojans routed the visiting Bolton Wildcats softball squad by a final score of 16-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Trojans (16-12) will now prepare for their battle against Dyer County (Newbern, TN). The Choctaws go into the non-league battle with a 24-18 record. In their last battle, Dyer County was routed by Brighton (Brighton, TN), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
The Wildcats now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Brighton for a non-league battle on Friday, May 20. Bolton will confront a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Dyer County (Newbern, TN). The Cardinals record now stands at 24-7.
