The Classical Purples (Providence, RI) softball routed the visiting Hope Blue Wave (Providence, RI), 15-1 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Purples (6-8) will now prepare for their bout against Juanita Sanchez Complex (Providence, RI). The Cavaliers go into the Division 3 bout with a 7-8 record. In their last bout, Juanita Sanchez Complex was routed by Central Falls (Central Falls, RI), 7-5, in a league bout.
The Blue Wave now possess a 1-13 record. They play next when they host Central for a Division 3 bout on Friday, May 20. Hope will confront a Knights squad coming off a 19-1 league win over Mt. Pleasant (Providence, RI). The Knights record now stands at 13-1.
