The Damascus Hornets routed the host Rockville Rams softball squad by a final score of 17-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Hornets (21-0) will now prepare for their battle against Linganore (Frederick, MD). The Lancers go into the non-league battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Linganore topped Governor Thomas Johnson (Frederick, MD), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
The Rams now possess a 2-3 record.
