Maine High School Softball - Mattanawcook bounces Dexter

The Mattanawcook Lynx (Lincoln, ME) softball routed the visiting Dexter Tigers (Dexter, ME), 18-1 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Lynx (11-1) will now prepare for their bout against Stearns (Millinocket, ME). The Minutemen go into the non-league bout with a 4-4 record.
The Tigers now possess a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bucksport for a Class C North bout on Monday, May 23. Dexter will play a Golden Bucks team coming off a 10-0 league win over George Stevens Academy (Blue Hill, ME). The Golden Bucks record now stands at 12-1.
