Alabama High School Softball - Hewitt-Trussville gets by Fairhope

Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Hewitt-Trussville Huskies (Trussville, AL) and the visiting Fairhope Pirates (Fairhope, AL), witnessed Hewitt-Trussville's softball squad tip Fairhope by a count of 4-3.

The Huskies now sport a 44-7 record. They play next when they travel to Thompson for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 18. Hewitt-Trussville will face a Warriors squad coming off a 10-7 non-league win over Hoover (Hoover, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 39-8.

With the loss, Fairhope moves to 42-3 on the season. The Pirates travel to Spain Park (Hoover, AL) to face the Jaguars in a non-league match on Wednesday, May 18. The Jaguars go into the match with a record of 32-13. Spain Park won 9-0 in their recent non-league match against Sparkman (Harvest, AL)
