Heuvelton Central Bulldogs (Heuvelton, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Harrisville Pirates (Harrisville, NY), 19-7 in a league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Edwards-Knox for a Section 10 West challenge on Wednesday, May 18.
With the loss, Harrisville falls to 0-11 on the campaign. The Pirates host Morristown Central (Morristown, NY) to battle the Rockets in a Section 10 West challenge on Thursday, May 19. The Rockets enter the challenge with a record of 3-5.
