Woodland Dragons (Baileyville, ME) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Narraguagus Knights (Harrington, ME), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Dragons now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Calais for a non-league challenge on Friday, May 20.

With the loss, Narraguagus falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Knights host Washington Academy (East Machias, ME) to face the Raiders in a Class C North challenge on Monday, May 23. The Raiders enter the challenge with a record of 3-9. Washington Academy lost 16-0 in their recent league challenge against Orono (Orono, ME)
