California High School Baseball - Whitney holds off St. Mary's

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) baseball squad the visiting St. Mary's Rams (Stockton, CA), by a final score of 9-5.

With the win, Whitney upgrades its record to 26-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Franklin (Elk Grove, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 26. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 28-4. Franklin won 5-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Lincoln (Stockton, CA)

With the defeat, St. Mary's falls to 24-8 on the season.
