The Sturgis West Navigators lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the visiting Dennis-Yarmouth Regional Dolphins to 8 in the Navigators non-league win on Thursday.
The Navigators (6-5) will now prepare for their match against St. John Paul II (Hyannis, MA). The Lions go into the Cape and Islands match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, St. John Paul II was overwhelmed by Nantucket (Nantucket, MA), 18-4, in a non-league match.
The Dolphins (0-5) will now prepare for their match against Nantucket (Nantucket, MA). The Whalers go into the non-league match with a 14-3 record. In their last match, Nantucket nudged St. John Paul II (Hyannis, MA), 18-4, in a non-league match.
