The Classical Purples lacrosse squad (Providence, RI), was overwhelmed 12-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI)
With the win, Lincoln upgrades its record to 12-2 on the season.
With the defeat, Classical drops to 1-11 on the season. The Purples travel to North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI) to battle the Northmen in a Division 4 outing on Monday, May 22. The Northmen enter the contest with a record of 8-4. North Smithfield won 15-5 in their recent league contest against East Providence (East Providence, RI)
