The crowd at Thursday's non-league game between the Monsignor Farrell Lions (Staten Island, NY) and the visiting Xaverian Clippers (Brooklyn, NY), saw Monsignor Farrell's lacrosse team achieve victory over Xaverian by a margin of 8-4.
The Lions (12-7) will now prepare for their game against Kennedy Catholic (Somers, NY). The Gaels enter the non-league game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Kennedy Catholic was overwhelmed by Greeley (Chappaqua, NY), 12-6, in a non-league game.
