The Pomfret School Griffins lacrosse team scored 9 points and limited the host Williston Northampton Wildcats to 2 in the Griffins non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Griffins (8-11) will now prepare for their game against Frederick Gunn (Washington, CT). The Highlanders enter the non-league game with a 8-6 record. In their last game, Frederick Gunn edged Albany Academy for Boys (Albany, NY), 13-12, in a league game.
The Wildcats (6-11) will now prepare for their game against Canterbury School (New Milford, CT). The Saints enter the non-league game with a 3-11 record.
