Michigan High School Softball - Lutheran North can't get by Stoney Creek

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Stoney Creek Cougars (Rochester Hills, MI) softball team held off the visiting Lutheran North Mustangs (Macomb, MI), by a margin of 1-0.

With the triumph, Stoney Creek moves its record to 8-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to Clarkston (Clarkston, MI) to play the Wolves in a Oakland - Red contest on Monday, May 20. The Wolves come into the contest with a record of 3-15. Clarkston lost 13-0 in their recent non-league contest against Algonac (Algonac, MI)

In their next game, the Mustangs play the Romeo Bulldogs (Romeo, MI) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, May 21. Lutheran North will attempt to move on its 9-16 season record.
