The Port Huron Northern Huskies softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Port Huron Big Reds to 0 in the Huskies league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Port Huron Northern moves its record to 1-6 on the year. The Huskies host L'Anse Creuse (Harrison Township, MI) to play the Lancers in a Macomb Area - Blue game on Monday, May 23. The Lancers come into the game with a record of 5-0.

In their next game, the Big Reds play the New Lothrop Hornets (New Lothrop, MI) in a Mid-Michigan game, on Friday, May 20. Port Huron will attempt to move on its 4-12 season record.
