Shepherd Mustangs (Shepherd, MT) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Conrad Cowboys (Conrad, MT), 12-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 7-1 record.

With the loss, Conrad falls to 15-7 on the campaign.
