The Greater New Bedford RVT Bears got by the visiting Southeastern RVT Hawks baseball team by a count of 5-4 in Sunday's non-league bout.
The Bears now possess a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they host West Bridgewater for a South Coast bout on Monday, May 20. Greater New Bedford RVT will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Tri-County RVT (Franklin, MA). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-10.
The Hawks (7-9) will now prepare for their game against Upper Cape Cod RVT (Bourne, MA). The Rams go into the non-league game with a 16-2 record. In their last game, Upper Cape Cod RVT tipped Wareham (Wareham, MA), 14-4, in a non-league game.
