The Hermon Hawks baseball squad (Hermon, ME), was edged 2-1 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Brewer Witches (Brewer, ME)
With the triumph, Brewer moves its record to 10-7 on the season. The Witches host Edward Little (Auburn, ME) to confront the Red Eddies in a Class A North contest on Wednesday, May 21. The Hawks now possess a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nokomis for a Class B North bout on Friday, May 23. Hermon will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 11-2 league win over Belfast (Belfast, ME). The Warriors record now stands at 4-4.
