Virginia High School Soccer - Turner Ashby nudges Rockbridge County

In Monday's league outing, the visiting Turner Ashby Knights soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Rockbridge County Wildcats.
The Knights (14-1) will now prepare for their outing against East Rockingham (Elkton, VA). The Eagles enter the Valley outing with a 5-10 record. In their last outing, East Rockingham was edged by Broadway (Broadway, VA), 7-2, in a league outing.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Rocktown Raptors (Harrisonburg, VA) in a Valley outing, on Tuesday, May 20. Rockbridge County will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Raptors enter the outing with a 13-1 record after their 1-0 league win over Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA).
