The Fluvanna County Flying Flucos (Palmyra, VA) softball routed the visiting Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA), 14-4 in Monday's league outing.

The Flying Flucos now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Goochland for a Jefferson outing on Tuesday, May 20. Fluvanna County will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 10-1 league loss to Orange County (Orange, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-7.

With the loss, Albemarle moves to 2-14 on the season. The Patriots travel to Louisa County (Mineral, VA) to encounter the Lions in a Jefferson outing on Tuesday, May 20. The Lions come into the outing with a record of 10-5. Louisa County lost 4-3 in their recent league outing against Fluvanna County (Palmyra, VA)
