In Monday's league match, the host Antigo Red Robins softball team scored a nice 19-2 win over the Northland Pines Eagles.
The Red Robins (14-5) will now prepare for their match against Wausau East (Wausau, WI). The Lumberjacks come into the non-league match with a 2-16 record. In their last match, Wausau East was routed by Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln (Wisconsin Rapids, WI), 9-3, in a league match.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Antigo Red Robins (Antigo, WI) in a Great Northern match, on Monday, May 19. Northland Pines will attempt to better on its 0-20 season record. The Red Robins come into the match with a 12-5 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Wausau West (Wausau, WI).
