The Lenape Indians softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Cherry Hill East Cougars to 2 in the Indians league win on Monday.
The Indians now sport a 9-11 record.
With the loss, Cherry Hill East moves to 14-8 on the season. The Cougars travel to Shawnee (Medford, NJ) to encounter the Renegades in a Olympic - American battle on Tuesday, May 20. The Renegades come into the battle with a record of 3-14.
