The Cougars (7-11) will now prepare for their bout against Newtown (Newtown, CT). The Nighthawks go into the Southwest - Colonial bout with a 8-5 record. In their last bout, Newtown was nipped by Masuk (Monroe, CT), 7-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the New Fairfield Rebels (New Fairfield, CT) in a Southwest - Colonial bout, on Tuesday, May 20. Joel Barlow will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 10-3 league win over Bunnell (Stratford, CT).
