The John Marshall Justices triumphed over the host Richmond High School for the Arts Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 21-8 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Justices play the J.R. Tucker Tigers (Henrico, VA) in a Colonial challenge, on Tuesday, May 20. John Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 8-3 league loss to Freeman (Richmond, VA).

The Bulldogs (0-10) will now prepare for their challenge against James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Rapids enter the Dominion challenge with a 2-13 record. In their last challenge, James River Midlothian was routed by Powhatan (Powhatan, VA), 13-1, in a league challenge.
