The Southwick Regional Rams softball team scored 8 runs and held the host Palmer Panthers to 5 in the Rams league win on Monday.

The Rams now possess a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holyoke for a PVIAC - Bi County battle on Tuesday, May 20. Southwick Regional will confront a Purple Knights team coming off a 19-18 non-league win over Hampden Charter School of Science (Chicopee, MA). The Purple Knights record now stands at 5-12.

With the loss, Palmer moves to 8-11 on the season. The Panthers travel to Commerce (Springfield, MA) to confront the Red Raiders in a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 20. The Red Raiders come into the battle with a record of 5-7. Commerce won 23-14 in their recent league battle against Putnam Vo-Tech (Springfield, MA)
