The Hand Tigers baseball team scored 6 runs and held the host Notre Dame Green Knights to 2 in the Tigers non-league win on Tuesday.
The Tigers now own a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they host Cheshire for a non-league test on Friday, May 22. Hand will play a Rams team coming off a 11-4 non-league loss to Fairfield Prep (Fairfield, CT). The Rams record now stands at 12-7.
With the defeat, Notre Dame drops to 13-6 on the year. The Green knights host Xavier (Middletown, CT) to play the Falcons in a non-league test on Thursday, May 21. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 14-7. Xavier won 7-3 in their recent non-league test against Cromwell (Cromwell, CT)
