The Point Loma Pointers softball team scored 14 runs and limited the host Academy of Our Lady of Peace Pilots to 0 in the Pointers league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Point Loma improves its record to 5-18 on the year. The Pointers host Clairemont (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Chieftains in a game on Wednesday, May 4. The Chieftains come into the game with a record of 5-12.

In their next game, the Pilots clash with the Canyon Hills Rattlers (San Diego, CA) in a game, on Monday, May 9. Academy of Our Lady of Peace will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record.
