The Lakeland Eagles (White Lake, MI) lacrosse triumphed over the host Kettering/Mott Captains (Waterford, MI), 18-7 in Monday's non-league outing.
With the win, Lakeland upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Eagles host Walled Lake Western (Walled Lake, MI) to confront the Warriors in a non-league contest on Wednesday, May 4. The Warriors enter the contest with a record of 3-0.
The Captains now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Walled Lake Northern for a Kensington Lakes Activities Association contest on Wednesday, May 4.
