The Bingham Miners soccer team scored 3 points and limited the host Mountain Ridge Sentinels to 2 in the Miners league victory on Monday.
Next, the Miners face the Riverton Silverwolves (Riverton, UT) in a 6A Region 3 contest, on Wednesday, May 4. Bingham will attempt to better on its 12-1 season record. The Silverwolves enter the contest with a 7-7 record after their 5-2 league win over West Jordan (West Jordan, UT).
The Sentinels now have a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Copper Hills for a 6A Region 3 contest on Wednesday, May 4. Mountain Ridge will face a Grizzlies team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Bingham (South Jordan, UT). The Grizzlies record now stands at 7-7.
