The crowd at Monday's league match between the Rochester Warriors (Rochester, WA) and the visiting Black Hills Wolves (Tumwater, WA), saw Rochester's softball squad nip Black Hills by a count of 7-1.

The Warriors now sport a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Aberdeen for a 2A Evergreen match on Wednesday, May 4. Rochester will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 13-1 league win over Black Hills (Tumwater, WA). The Bobcats record now stands at 12-3.

With the loss, Black Hills falls to 0-13 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Centralia (Centralia, WA) to face the Tigers in a 2A Evergreen match on Tuesday, May 3. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 4-7. Centralia won 5-2 in their recent league match against Shelton (Shelton, WA)
