Alabama High School Softball - Pennington bounces Brindlee Mountain

The Pennington Tigers routed the visiting Brindlee Mountain Lions softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Tigers (8-17) will now prepare for their battle against Holly Pond (Holly Pond, AL). The Broncos go into the non-league battle with a 13-9 record. In their last battle, Holly Pond topped Susan Moore (Blountsville, AL), 5-3, in a non-league battle.
The Lions now sport a 10-15 record. They play next when they travel to Susan Moore for a non-league battle on Monday, May 2. Brindlee Mountain will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to West End (Walnut Grove, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-10.
