Crooksville Ceramics (Crooksville, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Meadowbrook Colts (Byesville, OH), 10-3 in a league challenge.

The Ceramics now own a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they host Maysville for a Muskingum Valley challenge on Thursday, May 5. Crooksville will face a Panthers squad coming off a 9-1 league loss to Philo (Duncan Falls, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 5-9.

With the loss, Meadowbrook falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Sheridan (Thornville, OH) to face the Generals in a Muskingum Valley challenge on Wednesday, May 4. The Generals enter the challenge with a record of 12-5. Sheridan won 10-0 in their recent league challenge against River View (Warsaw, OH)
