Huntsville Panthers (Huntsville, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Grissom Tigers (Huntsville, AL), 12-2 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 13-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sparkman for a 7A Area 7 challenge on Tuesday, May 3. Huntsville will battle a Senators squad coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Albertville (Albertville, AL). The Senators record now stands at 28-11.

With the loss, Grissom falls to 7-18 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Albertville (Albertville, AL) to battle the Aggies in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 2. The Aggies enter the challenge with a record of 8-19. Albertville lost 9-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Southside (Gadsden, AL)
